To make an infusion of Comfrey, simply use the leaves of the Comfrey plant. An infusion is made by using one ounce of the dried leaves to one pint of boiling water. The infusion may be made as tea, or poured into a seeping bath.
Slippery Elm is not just a remedy for treating upset stomach, but in the realm of herbal properties, Slippery Elm is known for its tremendous healing benefits. You can find Slippery Elm in powdered form, which can then be infused with a pint of boiling water. Not only will Slippery Elm treat stomach ailments, it is also beneficial for treating coughs, bronchitis, diarrhea, worms, and much more.
